Pre- meetings
THE PRE-MEETING REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- access to the chosen pre-meeting(s) session(s)
- receipt of the respective tutorial / workshop /satellite materials
- lunche(s) & coffee breaks during or before/after the chosen pre-meeting(s)
THE PRE-MEETING REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- travel, hotel accommodation
- access to the main conference (including welcome reception)
VISA INVITATION LETTER
Information wheather you need visa or not you can find here.
After you register for ECCB 2018, a visa invitation letter can be created by sending an email to visa-invitation@eccb18.org including your passport details and other relevant information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation before the registration fee minus handling costs will be refunded. If cancellation is received, or if the applicant fails to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made. Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Conference ECCB (by email: info@eccb18.org).
